Return of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items “.
Unused, complete goods, quality goods that have not lost their appearance and are packed in the original packaging may be returned no later than 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving a reason.

Attach a free-form request for the return of the returned goods, as well as the purchase document or a copy of it, to the returned goods. Provide a bank account number for a refund. If no bank account is specified, the money is returned to the payer’s account.
Accessories, gifts and discount coupons received during the ongoing promotions must also be returned to the seller together with the returned product.
Securely packaged returned goods must be sent by registered mail. The address to which the returned item should be sent will be provided to the buyer via email. by mail or telephone.
The cost of sending the returned goods shall be borne by the buyer.
After assessing the condition of the returned product, we transfer the money to the customer within 5 working days. Goods that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to the buyer only after prepayment of shipping costs.
