Privacy Policy

I. DEFINITIONS

1. Seller – A private legal entity, UAB “Emiteksa,” registered at the Vilnius branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, VĮ “Registrų centras”, with legal entity code 305396095, and registered office address: Gedimino Ave. 7-42, LT-01103 Vilnius.

2. info@textileidea.com – an e-shop located at https://www.textileidea.com.

3. Buyer – 1) a competent natural person, i.e., a person of legal age whose legal capacity has not been limited by a court; 2) a minor between fourteen and eighteen years of age who has parental or guardian consent, except in cases of emancipation; 3) a legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the aforementioned persons.

4. Seller’s Partner – a legal entity: 1) UAB “Emiteksa” that sells goods or provides services, as well as a legal entity engaged to fulfill the Buyer’s order; 2) with whom joint promotions or projects are carried out in the e-shop https://www.textileidea.com, on the website of this legal entity, or in any media where UAB “Emiteksa” and this legal entity’s promotion or project will be described or published.

5. Account – the result of the Buyer’s registration at https://www.textileidea.com, where personal data and order history are stored.

6. @ideatextile accounts – accounts on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that provide information about www.textileidea.com and the services it offers, as well as sharing content published by Buyers.

7. Services – all services provided by www.textileidea.com to the Buyer.

8. Cookie – a small file sent to a device when someone visits www.textileidea.com. This term includes not only cookies but also similar tools.

9. Password – a unique combination of letters and numbers created by the Buyer and known only to them, which is entered during the initial registration on www.textileidea.com and subsequently to log in to the Account.

10. Browser – a program designed to display web pages (websites) on the web or a personal computer.

11. Personal Data – any information related to an identifiable natural person – a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined by data such as a personal identification number, or one or more indicators of the individual’s physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics.

12. Personal Data Controller – UAB “Emiteksa.”

13. Privacy Policy – this document outlining the main rules for collecting, accumulating, processing, and storing Personal Data when using www.textileidea.com.

14. Administrator – UAB “Emiteksa.”

15. IP Address – Each computer connected to the internet is assigned a unique number known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address.

16. Rules – applicable “Rules for the purchase and sale of goods in the online store www.textileidea.com.”

17. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals by mail, telephone, or other direct means, and/or soliciting their opinion.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

18. The Privacy Policy of www.textileidea.com outlines the primary rules for collecting, accumulating, and processing Personal Data when the Buyer uses the services offered by www.textileidea.com.

19. The Privacy Policy is intended to protect the Personal Data of www.textileidea.com Buyers from unauthorized use. The Privacy Policy also applies to www.textileidea.com Accounts.

20. The Buyer is deemed to be familiar with this Privacy Policy and has read it when they express their consent to process their Personal Data during Account creation. The Privacy Policy can be viewed and printed at any time on www.textileidea.com.

21. Buyers should note that www.textileidea.com contains links to other persons’, companies’, or organizations’ websites, and the Seller is not responsible for the content of such websites and/or their methods of ensuring Privacy Policy compliance. Before providing information about themselves, the Buyer should familiarize themselves with the rules, Privacy Policy, and other documents of the relevant website.

22. The Buyer may make purchases at www.textileidea.com by registering or without registration. Unregistered Buyers must provide the following Personal Data: name, surname, phone number, email address, and delivery address. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate Personal Data.

23. Individuals wishing to register at www.textileidea.com must provide their email address and create a Password. An Account is created during registration. In the Account, the Buyer enters their own data: name, surname, gender, date of birth, phone number, and email address. The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of this data. The Buyer is assigned a User ID. The Buyer may at any time:

23.1. Correct and/or update Personal Data in the Account. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the corrected and/or updated data.

23.2. Contact www.textileidea.com at the email address info@textileidea.com to request Account cancellation.

III. PROCEDURE FOR PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND USE

24. The Buyer agrees that their name, surname, email address, phone number, and IP address will be processed by www.textileidea.com for performance analysis purposes.

25. The Seller confirms that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer will only be processed to properly provide services to Buyers in the online store www.textileidea.com (including the right to participate in promotions and projects). The Seller also confirms that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer will be processed for the purposes of performance analysis and Direct Marketing if the Buyer consents and does not revoke this consent. The retention period for Personal Data used for Direct Marketing purposes is set to three calendar years from the date of submission of such data.

26. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s Personal Data to third parties, except in the following cases:

26.1. If there is the Buyer’s consent to the disclosure of Personal Data.

26.2. To fulfill the order or provide other services – to the Seller’s partners providing delivery or other services ordered by the Buyer.

26.3. For Direct Marketing purposes – to the Seller’s partners, provided that the condition set forth in point 26.1 is met, and www.textileidea.com ensures that the Seller’s partners comply with the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

26.4. To law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

26.5. If necessary to prevent or investigate criminal acts.

IV. CORRECTION, UPDATING, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

38. The Buyer grants www.textileidea.com the right to collect, manage, process, and store the Buyer’s Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy and other www.textileidea.com documents.

39. Consent to collect, manage, process, and store the Buyer’s Personal Data is valid only going forward. Upon receiving such a request from the Buyer, www.textileidea.com immediately suspends the processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data and cancels their Account.

40. The Buyer has the right to review their Personal Data by presenting an identity document.

V. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE

44. Cookies may be stored on the Buyer’s device to provide full-fledged online store services. By confirming the Privacy Policy, the Buyer agrees to have Cookies stored.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
