RETURN INFORMATION
  1. Products purchased online are returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. In Lithuania, as in the entire European Union, products come with a minimum two-year legal warranty. This means that if a product is faulty, the seller must replace it free of charge, or, if that’s not possible, reduce the price or issue a refund.
  3. The legal warranty also applies if the product is not faulty but does not match the seller’s description or advertisement at the time of purchase.
  4. Consumer disputes are settled out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
  5. Claims or complaints about potential consumer rights violations may be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
  6. Unused, complete, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned without providing a reason within 14 days from the purchase date (Civil Code Article 6.228(10)), except for the exceptions stated in part 2 of the same article. The refund, including original delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
  7. Before returning a product, please inform us via email at info@textileidea.com.
  8. Please include a free-form return request along with the returned product, as well as the purchase document or a copy of it. To receive a refund, provide your bank account number. If no account is specified, the refund will be sent to the payer’s original account.
  9. Any accessories, gifts, or discount coupons received during promotional campaigns must also be returned along with the product.
  10. Returned products must be securely packed and sent by registered mail. The return shipping address will be provided via email or phone.
  11. The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
  12. After evaluating the condition of the returned product, we will transfer the refund within 14 business days. Products that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to the buyer only after prepayment of shipping costs.

We ship using reliable delivery services – OMNIVA and Lithuanian Post.

Shipping costs are automatically added to your invoice.

Delivery in Lithuania:
– Orders over €50 – FREE delivery within Lithuania.
– Orders under €50 – delivery cost is €3.

Delivery to EU countries: €6
Delivery to the rest of the world: €9

Once you’ve selected everything you want, go to the “Cart.” If you change your mind about any item, you can remove it by clicking “Delete.”

If everything looks good, click “Log in and checkout” (if you’re a returning customer) or “Register and checkout” (if this is your first time). Make sure to fill in all the required information first.

During registration, you’ll need to provide your name, surname, address, city, postal code, phone number, email address, and password.

After clicking “Register and checkout” (or “Log in and checkout” if you’re already registered), you’ll be taken to the “Payment method” page where you can choose how you’d like to pay.

Available payment methods:

  • Bank transfer – After receiving your order, we will immediately send you an invoice. Once payment is received, we will ship your items within 1–2 business days.
  • E-banking – Payments are processed securely via the Paysera system.
  • Paysera – International payments can also be made through the PayPal system.
  • Cash or card – You can pay by cash or card upon pickup or delivery. An additional fee of €1.50 applies for payment upon delivery.
