  1. Seller – UAB “Emiteksa”, a legal entity registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 306661627, registered office address: Fabijoniškių g. 3-19, LT-07130 Vilnius, email: info@textileidea.com.
  2. Online store – www.textileidea.lt.
  3. Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods or services in the online store.
  4. Account – the result of Buyer registration on www.textileidea.lt, allowing access to store features.
  5. Services – all services provided by UAB “Emiteksa” via www.textileidea.lt.
  6. Cookie – a small data file stored on the user’s device, used for proper website functionality and statistics collection.
  7. Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  8. Data controller – UAB “Emiteksa”.
  9. Privacy Policy – this document outlining the principles for collection, processing, and storage of the Buyer’s personal data.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  2. The Buyer is deemed to have read the Privacy Policy when providing personal data for purchases or registration.

  4. The Seller is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites linked in the store.

  1. The Buyer has the right to:

  • withdraw consent to data processing at any time (if consent is the legal basis),
  • request data deletion (where permitted by law),
  • restrict data processing or object to it.

VI. USE OF COOKIES

  1. Cookies are used to ensure proper site functionality, analyze visitor behavior, and optimize service delivery.
  2. The Buyer can manage or delete cookies via browser settings.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. UAB “Emiteksa” reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy with notice on the website.
  2. All disputes arising from this policy or data processing are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
