RULES FOR PURCHASING AND SELLING GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Seller – UAB Emiteksa, legal entity code 306661627, VAT payer
code LT100016608519, registered office address Fabijoniškių g. 3-19, LT-07130 Vilnius,
correspondence address Vikingų g. 5 A-10 blokas, Vilnius, 02118 Vilniaus m. sav.
1.2. www.textileidea.lt – UAB Emiteksa online store.
1.3. Buyer – 1) a legally competent natural person, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority and whose
legal capacity has not been restricted by a court; 2) a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen
who has the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they are emancipated; 3)
a legal entity.
1.4. Parties – the Buyer and the Seller together.
1.5. Personal data – any information about a natural person whose identity has been established
or whose identity can be determined (data subject); a natural person whose identity can be
determined is a person whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to
identifiers such as name and surname, personal identification number, location data
and internet identifier, or by one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic,
psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
1.6. Rules – these “Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods in the Online Store
www.textileidea.lt,” which apply to every purchase made by the Buyer
www.textileidea.lt and in the Seller’s physical store, and to every Purchase and Sale Agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
1.7. Account – the result of the Buyer’s registration on www.textileidea.lt based on the Rules,
which creates a personal Buyer account that stores their personal data and
order history.
1.8. Store – a store owned by UAB Emiteksa, located at Vikingų g.
5 A-10 blokas, Vilnius, 02118 Vilniaus m. sav. If the store address changes or more
stores, information about the stores is published on the website www.textileidea.lt
1.9. Contract – a contract for the sale and purchase of the relevant Goods concluded between the Buyer and the Seller,
which is considered to be concluded from the moment the Order is submitted at www.textileidea.lt.
1.10. Order – An order for Goods, which specifies the Goods that the Buyer wishes to
purchase from the Seller.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Buyer confirms that they have read the Rules and Privacy Policy during the purchase of goods
by ticking the box next to the statement “I agree with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Goods
and the Privacy Policy” during the payment step. The Terms and Conditions thus confirmed are a
legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of purchase
purchase and payment for them, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties
and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods at www.textileidea.lt, and that the Buyer
meets the conditions specified in clause 1.3 of these Rules.
2.2. The Seller has the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules by informing
Buyers at www.textileidea.lt.
3. ORDERING GOODS
3.1. The Buyer may order goods at www.textileidea.lt online, by telephone or by visiting the
the Store. When placing an order for goods, the Buyer must provide the personal data necessary for the execution of the order,
which is processed in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
3.2. Placing an order for goods is considered as consent to the Rules and the conclusion of a Purchase and
Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
3.3. The Buyer shall be informed of the order confirmation by email to the email address provided by the Buyer.
4. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The Buyer has the right to:
4.1.1. purchase goods at www.textileidea.lt and in the Store;
4.1.2. cancel the Order in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules;
4.1.3. exchange or return goods in accordance with the procedure set out in the Rules;
4.2. The Buyer has other rights established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.3. The Buyer’s obligations:
4.3.1. to pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with these Rules;
4.3.2. collect the order from the Store within 10 working days of receiving information about
the fulfillment of the Order, if the delivery method
“I will collect it myself” was selected when placing the Order;
4.3.3. comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and other legal acts.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
5.1. The Seller has the right to:
5.1.1. contact the Buyer using the contact details provided in the Order for the purpose of fulfilling the Order;
5.1.2. extend the Order fulfillment period by the number of days required to resolve any issues related to the Order;
5.1.3. unilaterally cancel the Order if it is not possible to contact the Buyer within 3 (three)
working days of the Order being placed or if the Buyer does not provide the data necessary for the execution of the Order.
5.2. Obligations of the Seller:
5.2.1. to execute Orders in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules;
5.2.2. to communicate with the Buyer using the contact details provided by the Buyer;
5.2.3. accept unused goods returned by the Buyer, except for goods individually tailored to the Buyer’s order, which are non-returnable;
5.2.4. respect the Buyer’s privacy, process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Rules, Privacy Policy, and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, and perform
other duties imposed on the Seller by law.

6. PRICES OF GOODS, PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND TERMS
6.1. The prices of goods on www.textileidea.lt and in the Store are indicated in euros;
6.2. The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods:
6.2.1. In the Store – in cash or by bank payment card;
6.2.2. www.textileidea.lt – using electronic banking, bank transfer or other
methods specified on the website;
6.3. Once the Seller has received payment for the goods using the methods selected by the Buyer in 6.2.2,
the order for the goods is confirmed and its fulfilment begins;
6.4. The order shall be fulfilled no later than within 5 days of its submission, except for goods
manufactured according to an individual order, for which the Buyer and the Seller shall agree on the fulfillment terms
individually;
6.5. The Seller has the right to extend the order fulfillment deadlines, after agreeing this with the Buyer,
or to return the transferred money to the Buyer’s specified bank account if the Buyer does not agree with
the proposed extended order fulfillment deadlines;
6.6. Upon completion of the order www.textileidea.lt, the Buyer shall be informed thereof at the e-mail address specified
at the time of the Order;
6.7. The VAT invoice shall be sent to the Buyer at the e-mail address specified at the time of the Order.
7. DELIVERY OF GOODS
7.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer may choose one of the delivery methods specified at
www.textileidea.lt.
7.2. Goods are delivered by the Seller or by delivery services;
7.3. The Buyer may collect the goods free of charge at the Store. If the Buyer chooses this method when placing the order,
the ordered goods must be collected no later than within 10 (ten)
working days from the date when the Seller informed the Buyer by email that the goods are ready for
collection.
7.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the Buyer from the moment the
goods are handed over to the Buyer.
7.5. If the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified period or if they cannot be delivered to the Buyer and
the Buyer has paid for the goods and their delivery, the Seller shall contact the Buyer regarding another
delivery time and/or method. If the Buyer still does not collect the goods or they cannot be delivered, such
goods shall be returned to the Seller, the order shall be canceled, and the Buyer shall be refunded the money paid for the goods,
minus the bank fees charged to the Seller for the bank transfers and the delivery fee,
if applicable.
7.6. If the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified period or if they cannot be delivered to the Buyer and
the Buyer has not paid for the goods, such goods shall be returned to the Seller and the order shall be
cancelled.
8. QUALITY GUARANTEE OF GOODS
8.1. The characteristics and care instructions for each product sold on www.textileidea.lt
are specified in the product description;
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the size, shape, color, or
other parameters visible in the product photos may not correspond to the actual size, shape,
color, or other parameters of the products due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s device screen or other technical
reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
9. EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
9.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods that are of unchanged quality and appearance,
unused, except for those made to individual order, and to cancel the purchase
without giving any reasons within 14 (fourteen) days by notifying the Seller by email at info@textileidea.com and filling in the goods return form (Appendix No. 1 to these Rules);
9.2. The Buyer has the right to exchange the goods for other goods of the Seller if the returned goods

are of unchanged quality, unused within 14 (fourteen) days, by notifying the Seller
by email at info@textileidea.com and receiving confirmation from the Seller that the exchange can be
carried out. The exchange option does not apply to goods manufactured to individual order;
9.3. Once the Buyer has exercised their right to exchange the goods, the Seller shall calculate the price of the exchanged goods. The Buyer must settle with the Seller according to the recalculated prices.
9.4. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the form, size, color, model, or
completeness of the purchased goods, the goods shall be exchanged and returned in accordance with the
“Retail Trade Rules” approved by Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014. Within
the period specified in the Rules, the Buyer has the right to exchange and return all goods, except for fabrics and
goods specially manufactured for the Buyer according to an individual order;
9.5. After the Buyer has returned goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with clauses 9.1 and 9.4 of these Rules, the Seller shall refund the price of the goods to the Buyer no later than within 5 working days from the date of return of the goods
by transferring the money for the returned goods (excluding the delivery fee) to
the Buyer’s specified bank account;
9.6. The costs and risks of returning quality goods shall be borne by the Buyer, and the goods must be
returned to the Seller before the expiry of the return period for quality goods, which is calculated from the
date of delivery or collection of the goods.
9.7. Goods may be returned:
9.7.1. using the services of UAB “Omniva LT” or AB “Lietuvos paštas” post offices,
by sending the Goods safely packaged for transport to the following contacts: UAB Emiteksa, company
code 306661627, e-mail: info@textileidea.com; tel. No. +370 604 00751, choosing delivery
to LIDL Salininkai, Vilnius parcel terminal (Omniva) or Maxima parcel terminal at P.Žvirkos g. 1, Vilnius (LP
Express);
9.7.2. by delivering the Goods to the Store (Vikingų 5a-10, Vilnius) on working days from 10 a.m. to
6 p.m.;
9.8. Defects in sold goods shall be remedied, defective goods shall be replaced or returned
in accordance with the procedure established in the Rules and in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.9. If the Buyer has purchased a product of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right to demand one of the following:
9.9.1. that the Seller remedy the defects of the goods free of charge within a reasonable period of time, if
the defects can be remedied;
9.9.2. that the purchase price be reduced accordingly;
9.9.3. that the goods be replaced with similar goods of appropriate quality, except in cases where
the defects are minor or have arisen due to the Buyer’s fault;
9.9.4. that the price paid be refunded and the purchase and sale agreement be terminated, where the sale of goods of inappropriate
quality goods constitutes a material breach of the order.
9.9.5. If the goods do not meet the quality requirements, the Buyer shall first have the right to demand
that the quality of the goods be ensured, and if this cannot be achieved, to demand that
the price of the goods be reduced proportionally or to unilaterally terminate the purchase-sale agreement.
The Buyer does not have the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement if the defect in the goods is minor.
9.10. If the Buyer wishes to return the goods, the following conditions must be met:
9.10.1. notify the Seller of this by contacting the contact person indicated on the invoice or
by email at info@textileidea.com and indicate the goods to be returned;
9.10.2. fill in and submit a recommended (Goods Return Form) or
free-form request and submit it to the Seller by email at info@textileidea.com;
9.10.3. properly package the goods so that they are not damaged during return,
indicate the sender’s address and other details necessary to identify the Buyer for the refund of the money for the returned
returned goods.
9.11. If the Buyer has been delivered the wrong goods, the Buyer must immediately, but no later
than within 7 (seven) working days, inform the Seller thereof by email at info@textileidea.com or
by calling +370 604 00751. The Seller undertakes to collect
such goods at its own expense and replace them with the correct goods. In the event that the Seller does not have the ordered
goods, it shall refund the money paid by the Buyer. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer immediately, but no later
than within 5 days after the Seller has received the Buyer’s notification that the wrong goods have been received,
and if the Goods have not been returned by the Buyer to the Seller, the period specified in this clause shall be calculated
from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller.
9.12. The money for the goods shall be refunded to the Buyer in the same manner in which the Buyer paid for the goods
at the time of purchase, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise. In all cases, the Buyer has the right to
request that the money be refunded to the bank account specified by the Buyer.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to relations arising on the basis of these Rules.
10.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.4. In the event that the Buyer does not agree with the response prepared by the Seller and submitted to Pigu.lt
the Buyer’s written complaint, the Buyer (natural person, consumer) may submit their request/complaint regarding the goods purchased from Pigu.lt from a specific
Seller to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service
